Production Management:
Plan, organize, and supervise manufacturing processes to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Resource Allocation:
Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production output.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that products meet quality standards through continuous monitoring and process improvement.
Cost Control:
Manage production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work on budget planning.
Health and Safety:
Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and manage production staff, including supervisors and operators.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Maintenance Coordination:
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including environmental and labor laws.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports to senior management on production progress, issues, and recommendations
Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
