A tally caller is a customer service representative who interacts with clients over the phone and explains our

Their primary responsibilities include making outgoing calls to potential or existing customers, providing information about products and services, taking orders, answering customer queries, and troubleshooting any issues the customers may have.
They are also responsible for recording customer interactions, updating customer information in the company's database, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service or product.
