Job description:
- Foster a positive environment between our consultancy and the students who are interested in studying abroad
- Should be able to confidently provide advice and guidance while creating a space where students can express themselves honestly
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to student's concerns, and provide helpful advice
- Requires high levels of patience and compassion
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly
Skills:
- Education: Any Graduate in any specialization
- Skills: Excellent communication (English and Malayalam) skills, basic computer knowledge, results driven and customer focused
