Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the day to day administration of the VICI dial system to maximize Connections profitability and efficiencies.

You will create and manage campaigns in VICI to maximize agent utilization.

You will maintain the correct recorded announcement menus, and make changes as necessary based on the time of day, day of week, or holidays.

You will monitor drop rates and make adjustments to minimize drop rate while maximizing agent utilization.
You will be acting as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on VICI functions and operations
You will monitor agent break time adherence and report to team manager/lead if outside of guidelines.
You will be responsible for notifying management if break schedules need to be adjusted to meet call volume.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduation in any discipline with minimum 8.0 CGPA OR certified in any call centre Application or Diploma in relevant field.

Experience:
1 to 3 years.

Age:

Minimum 20 Years to Maximum 35 Years.
Experience as a call centre administrator will be a plus.
Ability to perform training to the team.
Learning attitude.
