We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as tele callers in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

As a tele caller, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by reaching out to potential clients via telephone.

This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in the commercial real estate sector and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all calls made and conversations held.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and provide them with additional information as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns raised by clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively promote our offerings.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage potential clients over the phone.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and followup efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a targetdriven environment.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate industry terminology and practices is preferred.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software to input and retrieve client data.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills to address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Salesoriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
