Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract top-tier healthcare talent.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

Job Posting and Advertising: Write compelling job descriptions, post openings on relevant platforms, and create targeted advertising campaigns to attract healthcare professionals.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing recruitment strategies.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other recruiters, account managers, and support staff to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of staffing solutions.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter within a US staffing firm or healthcare organization.
• Indepth knowledge of healthcare roles, licensure requirements, and industry regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruitment tools.
• Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
