Role Summary:

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trading opportunities in the commodities market.
Develop and execute trading strategies that align with Pazago's financial goals and risk management

policies.

Manage the daily operations of commodity trading, including execution of buy and sell orders,

portfolio management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Establish and maintain relationships with market participants, including brokers, clients, and other

stakeholders.

Collaborate with Pazago's crossfunctional teams to integrate commodity trading operations with our

broader trade platform services.

Provide insights and reports on market trends, trading performance, and risk management to

Pazago's leadership team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commodity trading, with a proven track record of success.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools.
Excellent decisionmaking abilities and a strategic mindset, with the capacity to work under pressure.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
Deep understanding of global commodity markets and regulatory environments.
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a trading team.
