Description
1. To process doctor's payment, advisesa. To prepare cheque & statement of accounts
b. Cheque dispatch to doctors through secretary to C.E.O.
c. Position in books of accounts
d. TDS updation for tax deducted from doctors payment.
- Process & Payment of Expenses Bills
- Bank Reconciliation & to pass relative entries in the books of accounts.
- To pass necessary pay roll entries & dispatch the salary advice after obtaining signatures from authorities to Bank received from personnel Dept. for crediting the salary to employee's accounts. TDS updation in respect of employees.
- TDS deposited in government treasury/ State Bank of India in respect of doctors & employees.
- Any other work assigned by Manager Finance or Superior Authorities.
Salary:
₹12, ₹16,000.36 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
