Profile Summary:

Field Operations Associate will be in charge of doing awareness sessions on sites,

helping with the loan process and queries as well as collections support.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Field Operation Associate will assist the assigned teams in raising and processing loan requests.
  • Handle enquiries
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support in Collections.

Job Requirements

  • Having 1 year experience in operations or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience using operational software.
  • Must have personal laptop

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
