Roles and Responsibilities:
Our company is expanding its operations and seeking talented individuals to join our team as door-to-door Solar Representatives.
Appointment Setters:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic prospecting efforts.
- Schedule appointments for solar consultations with interested homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment outcomes.

Closers:
- Conduct indepth solar consultations with homeowners to understand their needs and assess their eligibility.
- Present compelling solar solutions tailored to each homeowner's unique requirements.
- Close sales and facilitate the transition process from consultation to installation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in doortodoor sales.
- Familiarity with solar products, services, and financing options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
