    Experience : 10-15 Years

    Job Role: Responsible for Banking & Treasury

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :

    1. Should have extensive hands on experience in raising large funds and arranging Working capital and Term loans.

    2. Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company

    3. Should have been actively involved in Preparation of Projections, CMA Data, Liasoning with bankers and external parties.

    4. Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal.

    5. Fixing up arrangements of working capital.

    6. Candidate must be very well versed in dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions

    Soft Skills : Technical Skills

    Industry : Preferred Automobile or Any Manufacturing Organization
