Our more tenured teammates, some of whom have been with Evalueserve since it started more than 20 years ago, have enjoyed leadership opportunities in different regions of the worldacross our seven business lines.What you will be doing at Evalueserve: Exceptional individuals, who has demonstrated and driven strong core Corporate and Institutional Banking business analyst skills but not limited to Corporate and Institutional Banking The individual should have expertise in driving business use cases in MSME, Trade and Receivable Finance, Credit and Lending and Liquidity and Cash Management domain and have worked with data and analytics teams to lead & deliver large scale projects.
  • Strong 8-12 years of experience within Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) domain for big corporate and commercial banks.
  • The candidate should have deep functional expertise in wide range of functions within CIB - SME, Liquidity, Fraud, Finance, Trade Finance, Credit & Lending, Liquidity and Cash Management.
  • The candidate should have experience of working with analytics / data science teams with extensive consulting exposure within CIB team.
  • Extensive domain knowledge of the Banking services industry, having worked directly in IT Business Analysts functional roles and handling critical Business requirement gathering, understanding, and delivering analytics reporting functions of big international corporate banks.
  • Experience in Finance, Treasury and Islamic Banking will be a plus.
  • Experience working with big international corporate and commercial banks full time or as Captive in global offshore centers.
  • Help perform the identification, ideation, proposing, executing solutions and formulation of Business use cases from Analytics perspective and help work as intermediary between Data Analytics tech team and Business Stakeholders.
  • Document and communicate functional and non-functional business requirements (BRD) to development team lead as a business team lead leading to bridge business and technology, accurately reflecting business needs and obtaining approvals from various stakeholders.
  • Experience in partnering with multiple key business stakeholders, leading, and driving business requirement gathering for transformation programs with critical impact for banks as aligned with CIB business needs.
  • Analyze and develop reporting, interfacing /integrating and data migration requirements.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects (SIT, UAT and Go-Live) sign off.
  • Improve and sustain effective data management and governance to drive key business decisions.
  • Experience of developing new POCs for building team capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Teradata or Datawarehouse will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on data related technologies such as ETL tools, Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence
  • Certification if any –CSPO, CBAP or any BA certification will be a plus.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects (SIT, UAT and Go-Live) sign off.
    • What we're looking for:
  • Master's degree in management/finance.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Core business banking with data and analytics domain specifically
  • Corporate and Institutional Banking, MSME, Trade Finance, Credit & Lending and Liquidity and Cash Management.
  • Extensive experience in handling multiple business projects and senior stakeholders' management, understanding of datasets and intermediate knowledge of data / tech development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Teradata is important.
  • Understanding of core banking and finance and other source systems.
  • They should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
