Job description:
- Knowledge of listing agreement and LODR is a must will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of the capital market will be an added advantage.
- To carry out due diligence of all client companies.
- To provide complete support to client companies for all types of secretarial work
- Laisoning with SEBI, BSE,NSE and other agencies involved in the IPO process.
- Drafting of DRHP, RHP and Prospectus
- End to end execution of IPO's (Main Board & SME)
- To look after SEBI merchant banking regulation compliances
- Any other secretarial and financial assignments.
- Compliance of the Companies Act, 2013,
- SEBI Regulations (LODR, PIT, SAST, SECC, D&P) and other applicable laws
- Board and Committee Meetings (Notice, Agenda, Minutes and all other related compliance)
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers
- Resolving Stakeholders Grievances
- Employee Stock
