  • In this role, you will be responsible for handling the business training for an Insurance business. You will lead the training function with a proactive and problemsolving approach with good logical reasoning ability. You will be encouraged to have good client management skills and analytical skills._
  • Roles and Responsibilities_
- _Readiness of new hire class - logistics, documentation_
- _Timely & effective pre
- process & process trainings (internal or client led)_
- _Build daily/weekly dashboards on new hire training progress_
- _Feedback & mentorship of new hires_
- _Ensure 100% adherence to new hire learning paths_
- _Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, Update dissemination for all new and stable processes_
- _Conduct error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments_
- _Build action plan for people missing SLAs during training and post training completion_
- _Lead the Quality metric for the process and accountable for the team of Quality auditors and be responsible for the Quality audit frameworks for the business_
- _Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practice_
- _Lead all the Quality and Improvement in execution projects_
- _Be a consultant to the business and advice operational improvement ideas_
- _Plan and organize employee domain and development programs and as per the training need identification_
- _Align with the employee development initiatives run at the organization level_
- _Upskill employees on business domain based on training and development needs assessment_

  • Qualifications we seek in you_
- _Graduation in any stream except BBA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law_

  • Essential skills:_
- _Must have a good years of experience in Individual/Group Disability Insurance or Employee Benefit or Worker Compensation or Absence management and in transitions/ knowledge transfer/ training_
- _Excellent Interpersonal skills_
- _Effective probing skills, Proactive communication & High analytical skills - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data_
- _Passionate, committed to learn and make learning impact felt in the business_
- _Must have decision-making capability_
- _Problem solving skills with customer centric approach_
- _Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service_
- _Good in MS Excel and Powerpoint_
- _Ready to work on stretched working hours_
- _Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers_
- _Excellent people management and customer management skills_
- _Effective presentation skills_
- _Focus on Customer satisfaction_
