Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and on boarding.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment process and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment.

Pay:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
