- Coordinate for all client audits with the internal teams
- Conduct internal audits for Company One transport operations
- Maintain the risk scorecard for all Company One sites by conducting audits on the company software
- Understand the Company's SaaS product and conduct audits to reduce risk exposure
- Implement and track adherence to internal audit policies and procedures
- Conduct audits of business units client sites and processes as per the audit calendar
- Conduct ad hoc investigations on client sites into identified risks
- Review compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and procedures
- Communicate findings and recommendations for corrective actions
- Present audit results to stakeholders and agree on timelines for recommendation implementation
- Implement and monitor governance controls identified
- Calculate and publish the risk scorecards on a monthly basis to clients
- Maintain and update audit trackers, manuals, and tools
- Job Requirements Desired Skills
- 23 years experience in conducting internal audits
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in maintaining risk registers and closure of internal audit findings
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
- Mandatory Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in facing audits or working as an auditor
- Marketing or software experience is an advantage
- Vendor audits, risk, and governance experience
- Role Requirements
- Minimum graduation required, no specific educational qualifications
- Be willing to travel once a week
- The role is not related to Finance or Infosec domains
- The role involves internal team coordination with limited client interaction
- Preferred Industry: SaaS/ Manufacturing industry
