    Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst

    Experience Level : 9+ Years

    Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Kochi, Kolkata, Nagpur

    Position Type: Full-time

    Notice Period : 0-30 Days

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a total experience of 9+ years in IT, with a strong background in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) implementation Lead at least one GRC implementation project involving Risk Management implementation, Compliance, and Control indicators configuration as a Business Analyst.

    Demonstrate a solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL V3, and Risk/Compliance processes.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate Agile/Sprint planning sessions.

    Assist in project estimations and manage Agile releases.

    Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

    Create and maintain process and system documentation.

    Provide support to users by addressing inquiries related to system issues and requirements.

    Develop use cases, business process models, and diagrams to support project requirements.

    Work closely with the development team through system design, development, and implementation phases.

    Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.

    Evaluate and recommend technologies that can support business needs.

    Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Skills & Requirements:

    Proven experience in GRC implementation, ITSM, ITIL V3, and Risk/Compliance processes.

    Strong proficiency in project estimations and Agile release management.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience working on ServiceNow projects as a Business Analyst.

    Ability to analyze and improve existing processes and systems.

    Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
