    Description

    About the internship:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. As a Marketing Executive at Anchors, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to grow our user base and optimize our marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, test new ideas, and scale successful initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    - Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify growth opportunities and trends.

    - Design and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences.

    - Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.

    - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of growth strategies.

    - Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and web.

    - Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and experiment with new ideas.

    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

    4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
