Our company is looking to hire a high-performing Sales Manager who would support us to meet our revenue growth targets and customer acquisition by keeping our company's approach fresh and innovative.
You would be in charge of increasing our sales team's potential, developing sales plans and explaining those plans, methods, and strategies to the upper management.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Recruit Agency Partners and advisors
- Daily update about the status of business and applicability in the contest
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Agency partner meetings
- Set sales targets and motivate a sales team
- Assist managers in sales strategy development
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Twowheelers are mandatory
- Age should not be more than 38 years
Salary:
₹300, ₹345,000.00 per year
