    Description

    Job Overview :
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team.

    As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications in the Utility industry.

    This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Define and implement test strategies covering manual and automated testing for different platforms and architectures.
    • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of test engineers skilled in manual and automated testing.
    • Handson experience in testing dataintensive applications, ETL, API, and database testing activities.
    • Extensive handson experience with Selenium for automated testing and Tosca for scripless testing.
    • Generate comprehensive test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including development and product management, to deliver highquality products.
    • Evaluate and adopt new testing tools and technologies, particularly in ETL, API, and database testing.
    • Manage large releases in a multivendor environment.
    • Regularly update senior management on testing activities, milestones, and challenges.

    Qualifications :

    • 1+ years of experience as a test lead in a related field.
    • 6+ years of handson experience in Testing, including manual and automation.
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading crossfunctional teams.
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and highly proactive.
