As an Online Bidder at SG Gurukul, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities through online platforms and marketplaces.

Your role involves bidding on projects, proposals, and tenders, and effectively communicating SG Gurukul's value proposition to potential clients.
Must give one year to the organization.

Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding portals.
Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and project plans.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with clients.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and opportunities.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an online bidder or in the digital marketing industry for 12 years.
Demonstrated success in winning projects and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to commit to a oneyear contract.
