About Client - Manufacturer and Distributor of Home and Cleaning Solutions

Position: Front Desk Executive

Manager HR & Administration
Reportees: 6
Criteria :
Any graduate with 2+ years of experience in Front Desk
Job Purpose:
To answer the telephone calls, attend guests/clients at Mumbai HO.
Key Responsibilities:
Courier Administration
- Ensure smooth, accurate & costeffective courier distribution.
- Ensure Office boys and HK boys are performing their assigned tasks effectively. Their leave & Shift administration.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the premises.
- Punctual to the office timings and respond calls appropriately. Take adequate messages when required. Should have knowledge of EPBAX system
Additional Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist /direct visitors (ensure that outstation visitors are properly taken care).
- Assist in arranging meetings, corporate events, HSE initiatives and training programmes.
- Support HR in various Employee Engagement initiatives.
