    Job Summary:

    As a Graphic Designer at Capsicum Mediaworks, you will play a crucial rolein creating visually stunning and effective digital designs for our clients.

    You will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    Design and Creative Development:

  • Conceptualize and create engaging and innovative design solutions for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute visually compelling branding materials, including logos, banners, and marketing collateral.

    • Project Leadership:

  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and ontime delivery. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project
    requirements and objectives.

    • Mentoring and Collaboration:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering their growth. Collaborate with writers, developers, andother team members to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

    • Client Interaction:

  • Present design concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback andrevisions as necessary. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their design needs are met.

    • Stay Updated:

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate theminto your work to keep designs fresh and innovative.

    • Quality Assurance:

  • Review and approve design assets to ensure they meet the agency's quality standards and client expectations.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital agency setting.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and time-management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and user experience (UX)design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with video editing and animation software may be beneficial dependingon agency needs.
