Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding admission processes and requirements.
  • Provide oneonone counseling to students regarding course selection and career planning.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a seamless admissions process.
  • Stay updated with information on educational programs, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of informational materials and resources for students.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all admissions activities.
  • Participate in school events and activities to promote counseling services.

Qualifications & Requirement:

  • Any graduate with effective interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal forms.
  • Previous experience in admissions, student services, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with students & parents and understand their needs.
  • Knowledge of educational programs and career options.
