we are hiring Customer Care Executive (US/UK process)

  • Location
    :Ahmedabad, Gujarat
  • Shift: Rotational

Skills Required:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to chat with customers in timely manner
  • Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply
  • Should be okay with US/UK shifts
  • Proficiency over English

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for taking inbound calls from customers
  • Address customer inquires in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
