:Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Shift: Rotational
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to chat with customers in timely manner
- Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply
- Should be okay with US/UK shifts
- Proficiency over English
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for taking inbound calls from customers
- Address customer inquires in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
