Description
Job Description-:
- Handling Backend task of the projects.
- Coordinate with the end user on various stages of the Project.
- Coordinate with Engineers & get their call reports.
- Alignment of Engineers to provide technical remote support as well as onsite support to the customer.
- Alignment of residential Engineers and maintain their attendance.
- Call logging process to the OEM.
- Timely followup of the logged calls from the OEM.
- Project wise daily reporting. Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients.
- Process endofday reports.
- Process and file invoices from vendors.
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Requirements-:
- Hands on experience on MS Excel.
- Education
- Any Graduation.
- Salary
- 11k to 13.5k
Salary:
₹11, ₹13,500.00 per month
