Play a role of Good Team Leader in team with the aim to improve test coverage, increase transparency in testing, by implementing automated test within the test framework and test strategy

Maintenance and extending test framework
Automated Testcase implementation
Stong Manul ALM QC
Ability to support development teams delivering into the System Team on tests and test process.
At Least 5 to 7 years experience testing
Deep understanding of software testing approaches (unit tests, integration tests, acceptance tests, negative testing)
Must know how to Test UFT (VB SCRIPT), trasenseR CFT to task A (NO SCRIPT) like Performance, Stability testing
Expertise in Defect tracking tools to identify the deviation in the product (JIRA, ALM)
Expertise in Test Management Tools like TestLink, JAMA to create TestPlans, TestCases and manage various releases
Understanding and implementation knowledge of data privacy concepts and information security laws will be an added advantage
Handson experience testing through the development cycle and prerelease in an Agile framework
Experience conducting rootcause analysis,
Experience in identifying QA specific tools for Defects tracking, Requirements tracking, Traceability
Strong ability to implement automation strategiesframeworks and engineer solutions in a rapid, iterative, and agile fashion in modern, cloudbased development stacks
Provides expertise in structured test design, test setup, metrology, data collection, data interpretation, and statistical analysis to design project team.
Excellent Communication Skills
Healthcare Domain knowledge would be added advantage
Scrum, Agile, ISTQB Foundation, SAFe
