    Actively hiring for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

    Experience : 5+ Years

    JOB DESCRIPTION :
    What We Expect from You :

    • Take charge of business process design, configuration development, and solution implementation to meet client needs.
    • Apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, streamline business processes, and deliver effective solutions.
    • Design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.

    Desired Candidate Profile :

    • 5+ years of robust experience in HCM modules, with expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Compensation.
    • An Ideal candidate should be able to do configurations and understand the impact a configuration has on various workflows.
    • Exp in other modules would be added advantage.
    • Solid functional knowledge.
    • Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
    • Open to learning and implementing new modules/technologies.
