Labour Mobilization Officer - Civil
**Roles and Responsibilities:
- **•Mobilize all type of civil, electrical, mechanical, interior, specialized contractors, etc. Contractors, and labours for our organization for all location in India.

Survey of Labour & item rate and prepare comparative sheet for submission of technical team to facilitate in labour rate planning.
Efficient in Labour Sourcing and Labour development of construction.
Coordinate to all engaged contractors and technical teams at our project on daily basis so that good communication between both team would be maintained and any dispute would be settled down on the spot.
He Should have the capacity to search contractor (labour) for carrying out civil work.
Time to time visit at the site and track a meeting with contractors _to solve their issues like _accommodation, work front, manpower enhancing, payment, fooding advance, their internal disputes, if any, etc. Such issues are submitted to concerned department/officers for sort out.
Our prime responsibility to timely provide manpower as per site requirement.
