Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence others
- Proficient in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
Job Types:

Salary:
₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
