    Responsibilities:
    Desired Candidate Profile Candidates should have 1 3 years ofexperience of selling residential properties. Candidates with experience in IndependentFloors/ Builder Floors sales in Delhi Ncr will be preferred. Should be capable of building and managinga team. Collaborate with team Members toachieve better Results. Provide inputs tothe marketing and product research team to build strategy. Contribute towards organizational salesgoals and revenues. Should have Excellentcommunication skills and be highly confident. Well versed in dealing with clients andDevelopers. Excellent Negotiation skillsand ability to close deals. Willingness tolearn new skills and take new responsibilities. Has a growth mindset self motivated andpassionate for sales. Basic Proficiency inMS Office word ppt and excel. Should have a2/ 4 wheeler. Immediate Joiners arepreferred. Understanding clientsrequirements and creating a sales funnel. Prepare and deliver appropriate product presentations to clients. Organise meetings with prospective buyersand suggest properties best suited to them. Follow up with clients and handle objections. Negotiate and close deals. Demonstrates products and services asdeemed necessary by clients and management.


    DesiredSkills andExperience:
    Minimum 1 year of sales experience in RealEstate. Very Good business communicationskills in English & Hindi. Goodinterpersonal skills target orientation andtactfulness.

    Highly Energetic cordialapproach with abilities to interact and accurately resolve allkinds of customer queries and concerns to achieve complete customers satisfaction.

    Has excellent problemsolvingskills. Decision Making & Selfmotivated Working knowledge of MS Office MSExcel.
