Job Description:

Are you passionate about managing and resolving Human Resources issues? Join our team at Theau Technical Live as a Human Resources Executive. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide support to our management and leadership team in handling various HR-related matters. This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to contribute to our company's HR functions remotely.

Responsibilities:

Assist and support management and the leadership team in resolving HR issues

Handle internal and external transfer requests and procedures for employees

Monitor and assist managers/supervisors in the hiring process

Coordinate and conduct applicant screenings such as drug tests, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification

Maintain applicant flow, drug screen, orientation, and transfer request logs

Create and maintain new hire and personnel files in the HR Information Systems

Assist with the orientation of new employees

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards in all hiring and recruitment processes

Maintain accurate employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms

Support payroll record processing and maintenance according to policies and procedures, as required

Report employee relations issues to HR management

Establish and maintain organized filing systems

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with HR Information Systems and software

Prior experience in a similar HR role is advantageous
