Customer Service Representative:
Fresher or 1 year (preferred)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our process inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Assist our company on placement of subscription refunds,
Able to create tickets with the multiple vendors.
Set appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Completed College in any degree but English literature considered an asset.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good patience and professionalism.
High standards of customer service.
Organised with the ability to prfioritize and multi-task.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
Self-motivated: always looking for ways to do something better; forward-thinking planner.
Great team player.
Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
Requirements for the role:
Morning and Night shift. Full-time. Mon-Fri.
You must be fluent in written and verbal English
You must own and use a Smartphone to complete tasks.
The majority of the task types will require both a desktop/laptop and a Smartphone.

₹190, ₹215,000.00 per year
