  • The hired will be responsible for learning and development activities.
  • The role includes induction of new employees, and extended partners, POS agents etc.
  • This includes training related to Life insurance products, selling skills and support on the field to demonstrate and observe sales calls.
  • The person should be ready to travel for training needs and should create and follow a monthly training calendar.
