Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Supervise all activities on the site, including construction, maintenance, and repair works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and manage site staff, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
Monitor work progress and quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Serve as the main point of contact between the project team, management providing regular updates on progress, issues, and milestones.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, work orders, and safety inspection.
