Role and Responsibilities

Conduct research on a specific field or topic, utilizing various sources such as books, journals, online databases, interviews, and other credible sources.
Collect, organize, and manage information and data obtained from research sources, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
Create curated content, such as articles, reports, presentations, or multimedia materials, based on the research findings.
Aid and assist sales and marketing team with content.
Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in the specific field or topic of research.
Maintain documentation of research processes, sources, and methodologies used.
Present research findings and curated content to internal or external audiences through written reports, presentations, or other mediums.
Contribute to the development of research strategies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the quality and impact of research and curation efforts.

Mandatory Qualities:

Master's, or Ph.

degree in a relevant field, such as social, visual art, art-history cultural studies, or any other field related to the specific research topic.

Strong research skills, including the ability to identify, evaluate, and analyze relevant sources and data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise content.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using research tools and software, such as databases, reference management software, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, organization, and analysis.
Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in conducting research and curating content.
Strong critical thinking, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to changing research needs and priorities.
Previous experience in research and curation, including published works or relevant projects, is desirable but not mandatory.
Able to conduct regular walkthroughs for the staff and visitors.
