- Proven experience in Acquiring & Managing Partnerships
- 5+ years' experience in Capital Markets/Investment Research.
- Strong analytical skills and bent for data driven decision making Effective Project Management, Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Drive product strategies and vision to build best in class trading and investment products, including managing the roadmap, partnering with business owners, for assigned products/ tasks.
- Conduct User research and usability studies to identify new opportunities for features and functionalities.
- Acquiring & Managing alliances & partnerships, includes evaluation, negotiation, onboarding & implementation.
- Take data driven decisions on the ideated strategies in consultation & discussion with Management.
- Collaborate with backend and frontend developers for implementation of assigned tasks including building of test cases & testing the UI/UX functionality.
- Coordinate between internal and external teams for resolutions of assigned tasks.
- Analyze and build strategies around financial and pricing decisions including industry & competition analysis.
- Collaborating with the Creative team on the Content & design of assigned portfolio/tasks.
- Chance to build and lead Product adoption strategies & Partnerships in a next gen Fintech product from inception.
- Exposure for Product Journeys Creation & Ownership.
