Responsibilities:


  • Outbound/Inbound telecalling
  • Maneuvering through the organization to collect different information from
relevant contacts

  • Updation of collected information & correction of given information

Languages Required:
English & Hindi.

Primary External Interactions
- (Clientele type required to be handled)

  • Proprietors
  • Partners
  • Business Heads
  • Sales & Marketing Heads
  • Finance Heads
  • HR Heads
  • IT Heads

Competencies:

  • Fairly good communication skills
  • Ability to grasp quickly & corelate
  • Good client relationship / rapport / bonding skills
  • Having a persuasive / gogetter attitude
  • Moderate proficiency in computer operating

Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate (10+2)


Experience:
Fresher up to 6-12 months tele-calling experience.
