Description
1. Ensure a delightful customer service experience by developing a strong rapport with the Student & Parents.- Addressing the concerns of Students & Parents by offering a quick resolution.
- Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, branch head and any other stakeholders to ensure a favourable learning environment for the student.
- Ensure collection of outstanding fee from parents within the specified time.
- Ensure retention of Students and controlling Left-outs.
- Collaborate with ACAD and Non ACAD teams, to manage all class announcements, notice board maintenance & Parent Teacher Meeting Coordination.
- Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.
Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
