Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective English language lessons to ESL students of various proficiency levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that align with the curriculum and cater to students' learning needs.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students in active learning and promote language acquisition.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through interactive and communicative techniques.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate the diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds of students.
- Provide constructive feedback, evaluate student performance, and monitor progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of students' attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and cultural exchange.
- Use technology effectively to enhance language learning, such as utilizing audiovisual aids, computerassisted language learning (CALL) tools, and online resources.
- Communicate regularly with colleagues, and administrators regarding students' progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and trends in ESL education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Teaching certification or a recognized TESOL/TEFL qualification.
- Prior experience in teaching ESL/EFL to nonnative speakers, preferably in a diverse classroom setting.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, with excellent grammar and pronunciation skills.
- Knowledge of second language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies.
- Familiarity with the Indian educational system and cultural sensitivities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Technological proficiency and familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching English and promoting cultural understanding.

Pay:
₹200, ₹240,000.00 per month
