• Plan and deliver effective English language lessons to ESL students of various proficiency levels.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that align with the curriculum and cater to students' learning needs.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students in active learning and promote language acquisition.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through interactive and communicative techniques.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate the diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds of students.
• Provide constructive feedback, evaluate student performance, and monitor progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of students' attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and cultural exchange.
• Use technology effectively to enhance language learning, such as utilizing audiovisual aids, computerassisted language learning (CALL) tools, and online resources.
• Communicate regularly with colleagues, and administrators regarding students' progress, concerns, and achievements.
• Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and trends in ESL education.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Teaching certification or a recognized TESOL/TEFL qualification.
• Prior experience in teaching ESL/EFL to nonnative speakers, preferably in a diverse classroom setting.
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, with excellent grammar and pronunciation skills.
• Knowledge of second language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Indian educational system and cultural sensitivities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Technological proficiency and familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching English and promoting cultural understanding.

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
