JD Education Counsellor

About the role:
As a Education Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their internationaleducational journey. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding students academicaspirations, providing personalised counselling to them and recommending suitable educationalpathways.

The charter for this role will include:

Conduct online telephonic and virtual counselling sessions with students interested instudying abroad, assessing their academic background, interests, and career goals.
Guide students on selecting appropriate courses based on their profile, academicachievements, and interests.
Assist students in researching and selecting suitable universities/colleges and programs thatalign with their academic and personal interests.
Participate actively in educational activities such as exhibitions, fairs, and events to promotestudy abroad opportunities and engage with prospective students.

Ideal Persona would:
1. 1-2 years of experience in counselling students.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engagewith students from diverse backgrounds.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with students' needs and aspirationsand build rapport effectively.

Location:
Chennai
