    Job Description
    We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer to join our dynamic Piping Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD drafting and design principles, with a focus on piping systems. As an AutoCAD Designer in the Piping Department, you will collaborate with engineers and other team members to create detailed drawings and models for various projects within the piping infrastructure.
    • Drafting and Design: Utilize AutoCAD software to create accurate and detailed drawings of piping systems, including layouts, schematics, and isometric views.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and translate concepts into technical drawings.
    • Review and Modification: Review drawings for accuracy and completeness, making revisions and modifications as necessary to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
    • Documentation: Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files for reference and future use.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members to address design issues, provide updates on project progress, and coordinate workflow within the department.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in AutoCAD design to enhance skills and contribute to process improvements.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Engineering, Drafting, or related field preferred.
    • Experience: Proven experience working as an AutoCAD Designer, with a focus on piping systems design preferred. Experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
