Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce and present our construction services to potential clients.
Understand customer needs, answer their inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information, including contact details, call outcomes, and followup actions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate with them to ensure smooth followup.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns for effective lead generation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum qualification: Any Degree
