    Description

    Reporting Line:

    Integrated Management Dept, report to regional head/C-level management directly Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life-cycle; source top talents by avariety of creative techniques and different platforms.

    Formulate, develop, and execute comprehensive HR policies, meticulously managing plans for the organization's personnel and employee-related matters. Implement and uphold stringent company rules and regulations.


    Oversee administrative matters:
    responsible for the smooth operation of the company's administrative functions. Responsible for formulating company rules and regulations, etc. Responsible for other task that are assigned on an ad-hoc basis.


    Job Requirements:
    Adhere to a full-time, onsite work schedule. Bachelor's Degree or above (Human Resource or Business Degree preferred). Practical, diligent and able to take initiative to ensure effective completion of job assigned. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and strong teamwork spirit. Fresh graduates from top-tier institutions are encouraged to apply, 0-3 years of working experience preferred. Knowledge of labor law & corporate law preferred. Fluent in English with proficiency in Chinese preferred. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
