Job Overview:

As a Sales Assistant at Prabhu Dayal Bajaj Enterprise Private Limited, you will play an integral role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and provide excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, assisting with sales processes, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, filing, document management, and preparation of sales-related reports.


Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Order Processing:
Assist with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.


Sales Assistance:

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.


Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, assist with stock checks, and ensure stock availability for customer orders.


Sales Documentation:
Prepare and organize sales documents, contracts, and invoices in compliance with company procedures.


Sales Support:
Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.
