    Description

    Overview:

    As a Business Analyst, you'll own the BI function at GradRight, to build it from the

    ground up and enable various teams to operate more efficiently. You'll engage with the

    product and business teams, understand their problems, design BI solutions and implement

    them on Tableau. You'll also contribute to streamlining data acquisition, pre-processing and

    building the analytics organization at the company.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Understand our data and work with stakeholders to surface operational problems

    2. Develop and execute database queries, conduct analysis, and prepare data to be

    shared with respective stakeholders

    3. Design, build, and deploy BI solutions

    4. Maintain and support data analytics platforms

    5. Evaluate and improve existing BI systems

    6. Collaborate with teams to integrate systems

    7. Translate business needs to technical specifications for reports and dashboards

    8. Create visualizations and reports for requested projects

    Requirements:

    1. At least four years of proven experience as a Business Analyst

    2. Strong on stakeholder communication and management

    3. Experience at a high-growth, small or mid-sized product company

    4. Working knowledge of Tableau

    5. Flexibility to use any BI tool

    6. Knowledge of SQL queries and MongoDB

    7. Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

    8. Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

    Good to have:

    1. Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining

    2. Understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing

    (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworks

    Location: Hyderabad or Gurgaon
