Objective:

The Social Media Strategist/Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance the online presence of influencers or brands, engage with the target audience, and drive marketing goals.

This role involves a combination of creative content planning, influencer partnership management, analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience. Analyze trends to propose creative and engaging content ideas.

Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers and content creators that resonate with the brand's values and audience demographics.

Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms. Schedule and oversee the publication of content.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure the effectiveness of strategies, and provide insights for optimization. Report on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for audience interactions and engage with followers to foster a positive community and brand image.

Brand Advocacy: Work closely with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand message and expand reach.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, content creation, or a similar role, typically 25 years.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:


  • Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands or influencers, with a proven track record of growing engagement and reach.
  • Demonstrated success in executing influencer marketing campaigns that have achieved marketing objectives.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, photo and video editing software, and social media management tools.
  • Experience in community management and engagement strategies.


This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and excellent interpersonal skills to navigate the dynamic world of social media and influencer marketing effectively.

Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
₹8, ₹22,205.60 per month
