Bench Sales Recruiter (3+ Years) (9 Openings)
(Or) Lead bench sales (5+ Years) (3 Openings)
Location:
Hyderabad (Hitech City, Behind Mind space)
Timezone:
CST - Daylight Saving
Salary Date:1st of Every Month unless there is no Bank Holiday / Server issues

Things to Do at FRONIX SOLUTIONS:
Ø Should be Very Strong Communicator who can be helpful to talk in details of the entire process management under
FRONIX SOLUTIONS.
Ø
Ø Must Develop and execute a marketing and sales plan for the company's bench resources, including identifying potential clients, pitching the company's resources, and negotiating contracts.
Ø Manage bench resources:
Ensure that bench resources are properly trained and equipped with the necessary skills to succeed on projects. Help resources identify potential projects that align with their skills and experience.
Ø Identify new business opportunities:
Identify (9 Vendors) new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
Ø Build and manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including conducting regular meetings to understand their business needs and aligning the company's resources with those needs.
Ø Collaborate with other departments:
Collaborate with other departments, including recruiting and HR, to ensure that the company's resources are effectively marketed to clients and that consultants are properly trained and supported.
Ø Collaborate with sales team:
Coordinate with Team & sales representatives, including setting sales goals, training and coaching, and providing feedback and guidance.
Ø Must be very good in maintaining detailed flow chart of entire Application Tracking system via. Excel sheets and VMS.
Salary:
₹15, ₹60,000.00 per month
