Opportunity With Ramee Groups for Dubai Location


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all food storage, preparation, and service areas
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines set forth by the company, local, state, and federal health codes
  • Schedule and supervise food and beverage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
  • Train new food and beverage employees on proper procedures and protocols
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Work with the Executive Chef to develop menus and specials
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and plated in a visually appealing manner
  • Manage customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Balance the day's receipts and prepare bank deposits
  • Prepare weekly schedules and submit to the Food and Beverage Manager for approval
  • Perform monthly inventories of all food and beverage items

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as food and beverage supervisor or similar role
  • Excellent people skills with a customer service orientation
  • Outstanding leadership abilities
  • Uptodate with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
₹10, ₹47,201.76 per month
