    Description

    HIGHLIGHTS:

    WE ARE LOOKING EXCLUSIVELY FOR US IT RECRUITERS WHO ARE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN NIGHT SHIFTS FROM OFFICE.

    IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE WORKED ON W2 CONTRACTS AND FULLTIME ENGAGEMENTS.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals across varies verticals for our direct client requirements.

    Review and analyses active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.

    Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and social networking websites.

    Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers, and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.

    Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

    Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT Technologies.

    Hands-on experience in Posting and Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Moster, Career Builder, etc.)

    Responsible for working on Contracts and permanent positions.

    Well-versed in US Terms, US Visas, etc.

    Experienced in working with W2 tax terms mandate.

    Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking System, preferably Ceipal.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant tracking system (ATS).

    Conduct phone and web interviews to evaluate candidate's fitment.

    Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

    Make data-driven decisions to select the best-fit candidates for open positions and present them to hiring managers.

    Negotiate job offers, including compensation, benefits, and start dates, and assist with the onboarding process for successful candidates.

    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment, and share insights with the team.

    Must be willing to work in night shifts (Preferably EST - Eastern Standard Time).

    Possess Excellent communication skills.
